Travel Cloth is the travel felicitation organisation with the major service portfolio of Luggage management and Baggage Rental service company, We provide end to end solutions for luggage management. We pick up your luggage from your home and deliver it to your destination.

How Can I Use Travel Cloth Services?

You can visit www.travelcloth.com and use our services. Also you can download the icon by installing our webapp. This will not consume any memory space on your phone. This works on all mobile devices.

How do I Register with Travel Cloth?

You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" Button at the top right corner of the homepage of our website www.travelcloth.com. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information. You can even sign up to Travel Cloth using the Sign Up Here button on the Mobile app home screen. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.

Do I need to pay any registration fees to become a member at Travel Cloth?

There will be no charges for registration for Travel Cloth.

Is it mandatory to get registered with travel cloth to use services?

You can browse our services by providing your mobile number. You can browse our services by this method, you can update your profile later.

Can I use the same contact details for multiple accounts with travel cloth?

Email address and contact phone number can only be connected to 1 Travel Cloth account; hence our system will not allow you to use the same details.

Why does Travel Cloth collect KYC documents?

To ensure security and safety of all bookings and transactions of your luggage management, KYC is mandatory before proceeding with any order booking. On approval of your KYC, you will be able to book your orders on successful approval of your KYC documents. You can upload your KYC documents at the time of booking. We accept Aadhar Card and voter card issued by the Indian Government and Valid Passport.

How do I contact customer service?

Our customer service team is available throughout the week, all seven days. They can be reached via email at support@travelcloth.com. We are also available on our whatsapp support from 9.30am to 9.30pm

How many days prior should I book the luggage management service?

You will have to book the services 3-4 days prior to your journey if you select the espress service, in case of standerd service booking should be 7 day prior of travel date. For Super Express service, you can book your order 48 hours before the check-in date or your journey date.

When will Travel Cloth pick up our luggage after booking is done?

Travel Cloth will pick up your luggage as per the pickup date provided at the time of booking.

How is the weight calculated for the luggage?

As a universal logistics process for weight calculation, the actual weight vs volumetric weight, whichever is higher, will be considered for the billing.

What is actual weight and volumetric weight?

Based on the luggage contained, whatever is actual weight is considered as actual weight. The volumetric weight is calculated on the basis of size of the bag. The LengthXWidthXHeight. Please check the image for the details. You will need to provide the dimensions in CMs for volumetric calculation of weight.

How Can I Track my Luggage delivery?

You will receive regular updates of the shipment on whatsapp by our support team.

Will Travel Cloth deliver my luggage back to my home after my vacation?

Yes, we can pick up the luggage from your hotel or resort after you finish the your vacation. You will need to visit our book service page and complete the booking procedure.

Do you provide intra city luggage management service?

No, We are sorry to inform you that, currently we don’t provide intra-city luggage management service.

What if Travel Cloth does not deliver my luggage on time? Will I get a refund?

Our delivery time will be guaranteed, as we pick up your luggage prior to your journey date or check-in date. If there are any discrepancy from our end, we will try to cater the refund as per our terms & conditions and refund policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions and refund policy for more details.

What if my luggage is damaged?

Your luggage is insured by us for upto Rs 5000, if there is any damage you can claim the insurance, for better understanding please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

How many luggages Travel clothe pick up?

There is no limit for the luggage pick Up, but your luggage will be measured in terms of weight and volume and and billed accordingly, which ever is higher in weight.

Will Travel Cloth deliver luggage to any place I ask for?

Travel Cloth only delivers the luggage to 20000+ pincodes within India, and selected countries for international shipments. To check availability of pincode, Please visit our home page.

Do I need to be present to accept the delivery?

No, As we pick up the luggage prior to your journey date or check-in date and we ensure your luggage is delivered to the destination well before your check-in time. For the delivery to hotels/resorts or any other commercial stay premise, we request you to provide a booking confirmation number. We will deliver the luggage with prior confirmation of acceptance by Hotel/Resorts/Stay Homes. In case if you are travelling to visit any relative you can provide the name & contact person, who will be available at the property.

Can I Cancel my Order?

Yes, you can cancel the order. The applicable cancellation charges will be deducted as per our cancellation policy. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation policy to know more.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the pickup a day before the scheduled pick-up day where you will receive the 100% refund. If you cancel the pick-up on the day of Pick-up, cancelation charges will be deducted as per our cancellation policy. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy to know more.

How long will it take to get my refund back in my account after the cancellation of order?

If you are eligible for a refund from Travel Cloth you will receive the full refund or partial refund, within 5 to 10 working days. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions to know more about our cancellation policy to know more about the refund policy.

Will Travel Cloth pick up luggage from my office?

Yes, Travel Cloth will pick up the luggage from your office, but your luggage will be delivered back to the same office address after your vacation.

Will Travel Cloth pick my luggage from Airport?

Travel Cloth will pick-up the Luggage from local residence and corporate locations due to security constraints. We haven't started the luggage pick-up services from Airport as of now.

Can I make a Cash Payment to Travel Cloth?

Travel Cloth accepts only online payments, the payment can be made through debit cards, credit cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets. Travel Cloth does not accept the payments through cash mode.

Can I make a payment to Travel Cloth after using Services?

Travel Cloth services can be availed only after making the necessary payments (pre-paid), as Travel Cloth do not invoice the customer Post usage of services.

What Items Can I Send through Travel Cloth?

At Travel Cloth you can send all basic standard travel items like clothing, shoes, books and other items which do not require additional packaging when placed in a suitcase. If you choose to send non-standard excess baggage items you must ensure the items are packaged thoroughly and appropriately for transportation. Your suitcase or box may be stacked with other items and will move on automated belts and slide down sorting chutes. For this reason, we are also unable to accept single walled cardboard boxes, plastic boxes, plastic bags, laundry bags, bin liners or similar items.

Is there anything else that I can send?

There are many items which are completely prohibited on all services such as aerosols, flammable liquids, and loose batteries. Certain items such as lithium batteries are contained in small electronic devices.

Can I send toiletries and liquids?

You will not be able to send toiletries because provided it is flammable as your suitcase may be stacked with other items and will move on automated belts and slide down sorting chutes.

Can I pack food items in my luggage?

You will not be able to pack the food in the luggage as it might cause damage to other items during the transportation.

What are the restricted and banned items that can not be carried With Travel Cloth?

We regret that we will not be able carry any of the following items: 1. LEDs, LCDs, plasma, OLED and any kind of television screens. 2. Liquid products of any volume. 3. Livestock, perishables, live plants. 4. Flammable items (firecrackers, oil cans, adhesives, paint cans). 5. Explosives (arms, ammunition, fireworks, flares, gunpowder, airbag inflators). 6. Fire extinguishers. 7. Platinum, gold, silver, artificial jewellery, gem, precious, semi-precious metals or stones in any form including bricks. 8. Alcohol/tobacco/medicines/drugs/poisonous goods. 9. Toxic and infectious Items. 10. High capacity batteries such as car batteries, generator batteries. 11. Machinery parts containing oil, grease, fuel or batteries. 12. Corrosive items (acids, chemicals), radioactive material. 13. Indian postal articles such as stamps and articles like Coins, Banknotes, Currency notes, Sodexo or securities of any kind payable to bearer, traveller’s cheque, Gambling devices, lottery tickets. 14. Pornographic material. 15. Passport. 16. Dry ice used for packaging or temperature control. 17. All goods mentioned as dangerous goods in below clause.

Dangerous Goods

Definition: Commodities, which possess potentially hazardous characteristics. These are as laid out by IATA in the Dangerous Goods Regulations. The categories of dangerous goods are: 1. Class 1: Explosives. 2. Class 2: Gases. 3. Class 3: Flammable Liquids. 4. Class 4: Flammable Solids. 5. Class 5: Oxidizers and Organic Peroxides. 6. Class 6: Toxic & Infectious Substances. 7. Class 7: Radioactive Material. 8. Class 8: Corrosives. 9. Yes, We can deliver the luggage to international locations. Please contact our customer support for booking.

We have pick up slot of 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm
